Fai did my bridal makeup/hairstyle and the same for my two bridesmaids; the truth is that working with her was super pleasant and perfect, not only because of her professionalism but also because of her great heart and empathy. I am from Peru and I arrived in London a month and a half ago, I was very nervous since I do not know well how things work here in UK, I did not have someone who can recommend me a makeup artist but I had the very good luck to find Fai, who inspired me a lot of confidence since the trial and made me feel comfortable and at home. My wedding was in Foxhills - Surrey and Fai was super punctual. My sister and my husband's sister were delighted with the makeup / hairstyle and the kind treatment that Fai gave us, both were very beautiful. I was a little nervous and sad that I didn't have my family with me but honestly, Fai gave me a lot of peace during the moments leading up to the ceremony. Having her has been 5 stars, if you are looking for someone who will make you beautiful, use quality products and also calm you before the big moment, Fai is the best option, you will not regret it!

Why is it important to have a hair & makeup trial & what does it involve?

A hair & makeup trial is a time to play around with varous colour palettes and looks to make sure you are 100% happy with your look on the day. It's a time to see how makeup sits on your skin and allows us to adapt anything about the look or change products. This is also a great time to get to know your artist.

How does travel work, do you come to us?

Yes, all wedding day services Fai comes to your destination & Isabella if requested. It's only Erica's services that are done over zoom.
For hen doos we come to your chosen destination or we can hire a studio with the fee added on top. Generally travel is charged at 50p per mile.

How do I know you will be a good fit?

Yes absolutely! When submitting your contact form please state you are undecided and would like some guidance, we will send you a form to fill out & a free connection call will be booked with Erica. Erica will discuss your specific needs & this will help her and yourself gain clarity before choosing the right package for you.

If I am unsure on what coaching package to book, would you help us decide?

Any one of us would love to set up a connection call so we can get to know eachother over the phone and make sure our services are right for you. We would love to answer any questions or doubts you may have before proceeding with a booking.

How do I secure my bookings?

After contacting us with your request on the contact page & filling out the relevant forms. You will be guided through our software portal where you can see your contracts, invoices, notes and the services you have booked so you can stay up to date with payment information and also make any changes you need.
